WHAT HAPPENS WHEN A CUSTOMER RETURNS A PRODUCT

In case we already paid you

If we paid you for the order it means you are able to download the invoice from your account. After the customer has returned the product to your studio we create a credit invoice manually which we will send you per mail. You need to transfer the money of the refund back to our bank account.

In case we did not pay you

If we have not paid out the order yet we will only provide you with a credit invoice for your own administration. 

In both cases we take care of refunding the money to the customer.
