Your product will be directly shipped from the designer's studio. Some products take longer than others due to the distane or the production of the product.
The estimated delivery time per country is stated on the product page under 'shipping'.
If you did not get your product in time you can contact the designer directly via your account under 'Orders'. To get here click on the 'Profile Icon' at the top right of the page and select 'Orders' in the dropdown menu. Behind every order you can click on 'Message Designer' in order to start a private conversation with the designer.
Please send an email to our customer care team via email@example.com if you don't hear back from the designer. The designer might have missed your messages.
